"A design concept to revitalise the mall at City Plaza"
Project Details
In 2008, Greig + Stephenson were invited by Dutch developer Corio to submit a proposal for the refurbishment of City Plaza in Nieuwegein. The main concept was to revitalise the look of the malls and atrium by removing the dated fixtures and fascias and replacing them by new up-lit timber panels. The natural light through the existing glazed roof was softened by the insulation of brise-soleil.
